All bookings for Haramain Vip Cab services must be made online through our official website. During the booking process, passengers will be required to provide accurate and complete information, including:

• The type of vehicle required.
• The total number of passengers.
• The precise pick-up location and destination (drop-off location).
• The desired date and time for the service.

Passengers are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all booking details. Haramain Vip Cab Booking will not be liable for any issues arising from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the passenger. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Haramain Vip Cab Booking shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your use of or inability to use the services; (b) any conduct or content of any third party on the services; or (c) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content. Our total liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to the services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific booking in question.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Saudi Arabia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Saudi Arabia.
